No. They access a guided portal via a secure link (protected by a code), without creating an account, to complete goods, packages and transport information.

It is generated automatically from the goods and packages entered. It is versioned: on each change, you create a new version to re-validate.

The Packing List describes the content (products, packages, weights, volumes). The Shipping Plan describes the transport organization (mode, local and main carriers, ports, dates).

From the dossier, “Send to carrier” generates a secure link. The carrier reviews the whole dossier, then accepts the handling or requests a correction.

Yes. The secure carrier (or supplier) portal link can be shared by email or WhatsApp.

Add the local and main tracking numbers: Cargio consolidates the events into a single timeline up to delivery. A parcel tracking template is also downloadable.

No. Cargio structures and transmits the useful documents (invoice, packing list, HS codes, country of origin, incoterm). Clearance is still performed by you, your forwarder or your carrier.

You enter the cost lines (local transport, main transport, insurance, handling, final delivery, other). Cargio sums them and compares them to the goods value.

The ratio = total transport cost ÷ goods value. It is classified automatically: green up to 20% (controlled), yellow above 20% and up to 30% (watch), red above 30% (optimize).

The supplier and carrier portals are protected by secure code-based links. Data is hosted on Supabase. Each stakeholder only accesses the information that concerns them.

Yes. The change creates a new version of the document; the previous validated version is kept for auditing. If the dossier has already been sent to the carrier, it must be re-notified.

Cargio is free for now, no credit card. The commercial offer is being finalized.
